These terms cover the use of Stally, a Discord bot that turns a channel into a crafting market and schedules a server's events. Using Stally, or adding it to a server, means accepting them.
They are deliberately short. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.

Stally costs nothing. There is no paid tier, no subscription and nothing to buy.
That may change. Paid features may be introduced in future. If that happens it will be announced in the #changelog channel of Stally's own Discord server before anything changes, and nothing you have already ordered, crafted or organised will be put behind a payment after the fact. You would be free to stop using Stally at that point, with your data still yours to export or to have deleted.
Its version number begins with alpha, and that is meant literally rather than as decoration. It says how much to rely on it:

You must meet Discord's own minimum age, which is 13 and higher in some countries — 14 in Italy. You must also be complying with Discord's Terms of Service, which govern your account and sit alongside these terms rather than being replaced by them.
Adding Stally to a server means you have that server's permission to do so.
Stally is a small project run by one person, so this list is short and practical:
Access may be withdrawn, from an individual or a whole server, if any of this happens. That is the only sanction available and it is used only when it has to be.
Anything you type into Stally — an order note, a market's description, an event — remains yours.
By entering it, you give permission for one specific thing: for Stally to store it and display it back inside the Discord server where you entered it, which is what makes the feature work. That permission lasts as long as the content does and ends when it is deleted.

Pax Dei item prices come from the unofficial Pax Dei Public Market API, run by gaming.tools. It is a community project, approved by the game's developers but not operated by them, and it makes no guarantee that its data is accurate. Stally passes that data on under the same terms it is given: as an estimate, unofficial, and without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Stally credits the source wherever it shows a price.
Prices are not offers, quotes, or valuations. They can be stale or wrong, they can lag the real market by hours, and neither Stally nor its operator is party to any exchange you agree with another player. What a market charges, what a crafter delivers, and whether anybody honours a deal are matters between the people involved. Stally records what was agreed; it does not guarantee it.

Game names, item names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and are used only to describe what the catalogue contains.
Stally is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. No promise is made that it will be available, correct, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from using Stally or being unable to use it — including lost data, lost time, or anything that goes wrong between players in a market or at an event.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You may stop at any time: leave the market, or ask a server admin to remove Stally from the server.
A server admin may remove Stally at any moment, without notice to its members. Removing Stally, or deleting a market with /stall-setup revert:True, permanently erases that market's orders and their history — for everyone, not only for the person who pressed the button. Anyone relying on those records should keep their own copy.
These terms may change. A meaningful change will be posted here with a new date and announced in Stally's #changelog channel. Continuing to use Stally after that means the new version applies.
These terms are governed by Italian law.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. Otherwise the courts of Italy have jurisdiction.
